Hello jim:
The amount would be around $500.00 US more or less. But take it from me, again, the cost in lost sensitivity and sexual frustration is far greater than you would ever want to pay.
I'm in the USA, also, and as the diameter of my foreskin orifice differed from yours by only 2mm (or about 1/16 inch), I'm very interested in following your stretching regimen, to see how I might have progressed, had I the benefit of a forum such as this. If you don't mind my living vicariously through your stretching experience, please keep us up to date with periodic posts. It would be an exciting experience to go along with my own stretching to achieve restoration. You see, I have spent several years attempting to recover an approximation of what you can have, fully intact, in a matter of months. Believe me, months pass far quicker than years.

>>All the best with this. It's possible you'll succeed in stretching even without betamethasone, though since this does seems to speed things up quite a lot, it's almost certainly worth going for.
>>Here's another exercise (in addition to the 2 exercises you're already using) that should help make the ring looser:
>>With an erection, pull your foreskin back as far as you can. To start with, it might not pull back any distance at all, though by putting some tension on it, you should notice that the ring at the tip begins to dilate a little. Hold it in tension for twenty seconds or so, then give yourself a break for a minute or so and do what ever you need to maintain your erection. Repeat. Try to do about ten reps each session and see if you can work up to holding the tension for around a minute. After a shower would be a good time to try this, or any other time when you are warm and your skin is relaxed. Try this as often as you can each day.
>>You may already have checked these out, though if you haven't, you might find them worth a look: Exercises, and, Beaugé.
>>I guess the cost of a circumcision would vary depending on which clinic you chose, though hopefully you'll decide this woun't be needed after all. In the UK, the NHS would do this without charge (if it was indicated). GU clinics are increasingly likely to advise that there are other less radical options that will preserve the foreskin, and recommend preputioplasty over circumcision. The waiting list for this sort of treatment on the NHS tends be quite long: six months at least. For this sort of problem, though, that is arguably no bad thing, as many guys would find they could get a good way towards resolving the problem for themselves in that time.
>>If you go private, things tend to happen more quickly. About £300 seems to be roughly what you could expect to pay, unless you went to Harley Street.
>>Let's hope stretching works for you though.
>Im in the USA, how much does £300 translate to?
