Someone mentioned Lakota keeping the foreskin back. That would be impossible, since I AM Lakota, was raised on Pine Ridge reservation, and NEVER heard of that. Though it is true that the Lakota word for adult penis is sluka, it has nothing to do with the foreskin. For one thing, the Lakota word for childhood penis is slukila. (For reference, "la" means small.) Also, the foreskin (skin covering the head of the penis) is a more complex idea than the penis: Lakota combines simple concepts into more complex concepts.
