I for one don't see sarcasm anywhere. Perhaps you were startled by someone not being artfully shy, but using common words like "masturbation" or "intercourse" to define acts usually left unmentioned. More earthy fellows use words such as "jacking off" and (may I say it?)..."fucking" to describe the same activities.
There, does that place his post more in context with your sensibilities?
Is it any wonder people get pissed off by your sarcasm?
