Hmmm. I have the distinct feeling that what you describe is in fact in the midline (that is, it runs down the exact middle of the penis, on the underneath). If that is so, it is a very old "scar" indeed, because that is the "median raphe" where your body turned itself into a boy instead of a girl by bonding the "lips" together - seven months or so before you were even born. It varies from person to person, and changes with age one way or the other, but can vary from invisible to extending all the way to the anus.
And of course the "median raphe" is not a scar anyway, because more than a month or so before birth, any defect in the foetus heals without scarring - it just grows together and joins, and the join grows into the shape it was supposed to be before.
If it is in some other direction, then it could be that you had an open foreskin at some stage (but surely you would remember this) but it stuck itself together. I really doubt this.

Smaller pencap? Again: Don't forget the lubricant!

I am most careful not to promise on times, but yes, it certainly may!

Well! He certainly did the right thing. That is the strong stuff. You should then have a fairly small tube, of which you only use the tiniest bit on a fingertip each time, and only on the tight part on the stretch. As such, it will last months (or years)! If you can feel it there easily after you rub it on, you have used too much!
