Cant' figure out how

to add to my post below. Have always been able to fully retract all my life. Assumed th' episode couple years after marriage was just trying to wear it out?
Until a couple months ago had been using liquid antibac soap during showers and would,quite often, develop a rash under one arm. Now using th' Lever 2000 and no more rash. Wondered if th' phimosis could relate to th' liquid soap. Got carried away with th' stretching and have to wait for th' split to heal.

When I mentioned phimosis to a doc from India, he advised to check for diabetes.
Th' Urogolist I went to took one glance and set me up for circumcision. Gonna look into th' stoppers.

There has to be a cause. I've always kept clean so don't think it's caused from poor hygene.
