I'd suggest that you stop using soaps on your foreskin. It can facilitate infections that "could" affect retraction. Use only clear water and you will be just as "clean", perhaps healthier, too.

to add to my post below. Have always been able to fully retract all my life. Assumed th' episode couple years after marriage was just trying to wear it out?
