Spots / Things

Hi

For about 1 year and a half, I've been noticing spots on my penis. They appear on the scotom, and almost the entire way up to the shaft (But they got a lot less the further up).

They are very hard to notice unless erect, and are not painful to touch.etc.

I told my mum, who asked my grandad, who said that they were just where the hairs came out the skin. Now I can believe this, because everyone one on the scrotom, is attached to a hair. If I pull a hair, I can see this.

But there are no hairs on the shaft, at least, only a few at the very bottom (these are also connected to the dots).

They, to be honest, look exactly like goose bumps (I think you call them this in America, I'm from England, y'see, the bumps that appear on your skin when you are cold.)

I have not had sex, so I'm guessing/hoping it's not an STD, I do mastubate quite regulary though.

I'm 15 (nearly 16), and started puberty about 3/4 years ago.
They are about 0.5>1.5mm in diameter.

Please explain!
