The reason that there is not hair growing from the ones on your penis is that you are beating them to death before they get a chance to grow!

>Hi
>For about 1 year and a half, I've been noticing spots on my penis. They appear on the scotom, and almost the entire way up to the shaft (But they got a lot less the further up).
>They are very hard to notice unless erect, and are not painful to touch.etc.
>I told my mum, who asked my grandad, who said that they were just where the hairs came out the skin. Now I can believe this, because everyone one on the scrotom, is attached to a hair. If I pull a hair, I can see this.
>But there are no hairs on the shaft, at least, only a few at the very bottom (these are also connected to the dots).
>They, to be honest, look exactly like goose bumps (I think you call them this in America, I'm from England, y'see, the bumps that appear on your skin when you are cold.)
>I have not had sex, so I'm guessing/hoping it's not an STD, I do mastubate quite regulary though.
>I'm 15 (nearly 16), and started puberty about 3/4 years ago.
>They are about 0.5>1.5mm in diameter.
>Please explain!
