I'm not sure I provided anything to vary there, Rod. I deliberately avoided discussing actual techniques. (;-D)
Did I mention? If one is going to try the technique you mention, that of making the condom follow the whole contour of the foreskin, then I suggest using a condom with a tight fit to minimise slippage. Of course my main thesis was that the production of pre-cum will tend to let it slip whatever you do, but a tight fit will tend to keep it in place by hydrostatic pressure and some friction.
