success

As a reader of this forum, I would like to extend my thanks to the posters with their personal tales of their experiences living with phimosis.

I am 27, and knew that I had a problem for a few years, but didn't do anything about it. To put it in context, I had a tight phimosis, and had never seen my glans. After reading some of the posts here, I began stretching, and with the assistance of a prescription of Betamethasone valerate (steroid cream) from my GP, in the space of two months I have gone from not being able to stretch my foreskin more than 1cm diameter when flaccid to being able to retract completely and comfortably when flaccid and with a degree of tightness when erect. I have to say the progress hs been amazing, and it isn't all that uncomfortable when erect now.

I was also amazed to see how quickly my glans has become desensitised when exposed...at first I couldn't even touch it, but it has become quite comfortable now.

I wanted to post this message to let others who may have just found this forum, or who are in the early pages to keep at it, as the advice here is good and does work if you put the effort in and keep up those exercises. For the recors, I am applying the cream twice a day and 'exercising' by stretching at least twice a day for around 10-15 minutes.

Once again thanks to those posters who allowed me to keep the faith.
