To answer your question about possible sex with your new lady whilst your foreskin is still tight, there's no problem mate.
To start with, you may not get to the sex part for a bit, or possibly she'll just give you a wank. I'm quite sure you've been wanking yourself off for a number of years, just tell her what feels good to you and show her how you give yourself a toss, moving your foreskin to and fro over your knob. Believe me, she'll be quick to tell you what feels good for her and how to do it, so don't be bashful.
If you get to penetrative sex, be sure that you have some K-Y jelly with you or maybe some lubricant from a local sex shoppe although the K-Y will be cheaper and work just as well. Using a lubricant on your willie won't be any different than what a round head has to do when he was sex. Put the K-Y on your willie so that it will slip into your lady without trying to force your foreskin right back amd you won't have any problems.
Like you mentioned, you haven't had any problems with being tight and there's no reason they should start now. No need to get your knickers knotted up over this, lots of boys are tight, some stretch, some decide for the op and many more keep things as they are and are tight all their lives. It works in all these situations. Using lube on your foreskin is no differrent than if you have the op and have it cut off, cos then you'll still have to use lube, not only for intercourse, but also to give yourself a toss.
