Just what is the percentage?

Alright guys,

Just a quick question here to ease my curoisty. I've been reading recently things like "a lot of boys are tight" etc. I'm wondering just what percentage of the population in America/UK/the World are indeed tight? Is it a common thing?

I heard only about 4% of boys are tight? That's not very common at all. Say I was in a local bar/pub/club...are the chances that I am going to be the only tight one there or is it possible for 1/4 to be the same?

I'd like to know because I'm considering going publically open with this and using my real name etc to help people in my local town who may be suffering and not know what to do. I'd assume only a small percentage are intelligent enough to view the net themselves to find the answers, like I did. Anyone help me out?
