Use it very sparingly only on the part which is tight. Try to keep it off other parts.

Since I've always stretched creamless, I could not resist of applying it for my workout. F/skin went quite loosen soon and stretching was more easy. I know cream isn't the point to success, but if it can help why not use it? Well the question is now: what is the right way of applying it? What amount? Has to be put inside, outside? And what if the cream gets in contact with glans (which is still sensitive)?
