As for the strength of the cream I've "accidentally" found, the label says: "Betametasone valerate 0,122 g equivalent to Betametasone valerate 0,1 g" - but don't know what that "g" stands for (grams?), maybe 0,1 g = 0.1 % ? By the way, that cream is the one that dermatologist once prescribed for the cure of normal skin bumps, small wounds and so on.
