Paraphimosis & Sretching

Once again I shall post my question again in hopes of getting a proper response. If you have any smartass or 'interesting' comments please refrain, build up your ego elsewhere.

I've been sretching for the past three weeks now i'm gettting to the point where I can retract my foreskin completely while erect. Orginally when I started I couldn't even get it half way over the glans while flacid.

My question is do I have to worry about paraphimosis since i'm getting to the point where I can retract it fully but it's still rather tight?
