Frank, you did get the right answer the first time, and from a physician, not a smartass. However, it looks as if you want more detail as to why this won't be a problem unless you're deadass drunk.

In the event that the skin goes behind the sulcus and gets stuck, you simply pull it back over. Your already halfway there, so the likelihood of having a more severe problem is slim to none. The usual treatment used on little kids who panic under these circumstances is to pinch the glans and pull the skin over it.
