Balanitis?

A few times in the last few months, I noticed pain while urinating? Also, it itches sometimes. I have infant phimosis (as far as I know). Is this Balanitis? Is there anything I can do to take care of it? I recently started stretching my foreskin and I clean my foreskin everytime I shower. What else should I do? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
