help! phymosis at 30

Hello!
Thank you for this web site
which is very informative.
I'm a 30 year old french boy and
I suffer from phymosis.

I was always worried that I
had difficulties retracting
my foreskin when masturbating
and having sex so I browsed the web
for help, as I felt ashamed
talking about this with a doctor.


I've posted some pics of my penis
because I think this is more
helpful than words to explain
my problem.

I have a long and tight foreskin .


I'd apreciate if someone who knows this
problem better than me could comment
the pics I've posted (especially
pic number 5, where phymosis is clearly
visible)

As you can see, I think the problem
is phymotic ring because when erect,
(see pic number 5) , a very tight portion
of skin is strangling my penis .

Would Betamethasone help me or do I need
surgery ?
