Your urologist can't "make" you get circumcised, that had to be your decision.

If you want to do something for your penis, make sure your circ is completely healed and then start restoring your foreskin. You'll regain coverage without ending up with phimosis and if you start as soon as possible you'll minimize the changes circ will cause in your penis.
Other than that, what's done is done unfortunately.
