The good news is that you don't appear to have a medical problem. No doubt the doctor also checked the sugar level at the same time.
Sounds like your problem is with the soap. Quit using it and see what happens. You could also try drinking gallons of cranberry juice, and I'd also try eating some good yogurt with live culture. In addition, take some of the yogurt and force it under the foreskin in order to get the natural bacteria to grow back. What this sounds like is that you have killed them off, and another culprit has taken up residence there. Women are frequently plagued by such outbreaks, and usually from using soap to clean themselves, or from douching (in English, that means flushing out the vagina). Using yogurt to rebuild the natural genital flora is a common treatment.
Meanwhile, get busy on stretching, but do it gently. If you do have an infestataion of yeast, stretching could be irritating. If it is, solve the problem first, then stretch. Any questions?
