If you have'nt done so already, I'd suggest you check out the site that hosts this forum http://www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html, there's plenty of information there and it goes into detail on solutions for phimosis and related conditions.
There are only a few options to resolve phimosis. Circumcision, partial-circ, and dorsal slit (see above site for more details). You could also try stretching excersizes, though they only work for some and not for others. If you decide to give stretching a go, I'd strongly advise consulting your doctor before you start and discuss the pros and cons with him. I'd also advise that you be wary of the inevitable suggestion of shoving foreign objects (35mm film cannisters and filed bottle tops) down the foreskin. Again, if you decide to do that, I'd suggest you ask your doctor (once he stops laughing) you can discuss the hazards invovled.
