Go for it!

Well, then, it probably is! Presumably it is some irritation in there, perhaps due to "thrush". I think you might benefit from the cream I mentioned in my earlier post "Balanitis is simple". (Who is "Oayk"? Well, think of what letters are to the left of "P", "u" and "l", and what might happen when typing only by the light of the computer screen!)

Indeed. The glans and inner foreskin adjusts its sensitivity for the thickness of tissue covering it. As I think I said before, we must presume you masturbate anyway, so you know it works. Even if you are a little less sensitive in intercourse than you might otherwise be, you are probably no less sensitive than a circumcised man whose glans has done the very opposite and "adjusted" itself to be in-sensitive due to constant rubbing. And like the circumcised man, you will not notice so much with a girl who has a good tight (vaginal) grip, but may do so after a baby or two!

> On the other hand, if I stretch and succeed in retracting, do I face the risk of any discomfort and pain including paraphimosis?

There may be some risk of discomfort at the critical point of a foreskin that nearly passes over the glans, whilst erect, during intercourse, because the mechanical advantage of it being pulled back over the rounded glans and therefore the stretching force, is maximum under those conditions.

This appears to be what "AJ" reported as his "reason" for undergoing circumcision (though we suspect it didn't happen often during intercourse ;-). It should not however be a problem if you are slow and gentle having intercourse (as we feel you always should be), and if you are proceeding with the stretching you should pass smoothly through this stage to full and comfortable mobility, and you may indeed achieve this well before you have the opportunity for intercourse!

Paraphimosis, which I explained here and referred to in a reply to the topic just before this one, should not be a great concern. If you are at all careful, losing the erection will always allow the skin to pop forward anyway.

> Does stretching work for really tight skin?

"Tight" skin is merely a matter of scale. You have further to go. A foreskin too tight to show the tip of the penis however (which may indeed make it difficult to use the cream I suggested, but you can generally try putting a bit in the opening and "milking" it in if it seems necessary) obviously makes it difficult to get fingers in to stretch. You can still pull it back against an erect glans however, and the suggestions regarding wearing a stretching device, perhaps a smooth pen top slipped in with some lubricant (e.g., the Zinc & Castor Oil cream!) and held in with tape for most of the time, will probably have the fastest results.
