There is no evidence in the slightest that PaulB is a doctor. The last I heard it was stated that PaulB is an assistant in a doctors surgery. It would be safest and best for you to take on board the advice of your own doctor - who a) actually is a doctor, and b) can give you objective advice that is in your best interest.
