Fathermag banning...

Well it so happend that Jim has brought this subject up in a post below. So I might as well inform people as to what happend that led to my banning at Fathermag Circumcision Forum.

Yesterday I sent an e-mail to Fathermag using my regular e-mail address. Here is that message:

I'd suggest you do something about links to what can be considered pornographic material on your Circumcision Forum at Fathermag.com. There are numerous posts that contain links to pornographic images scattered therein. I would also suggest that you check the same forum for given instances of racism, religious prejudices, foul and offensive language, and hate mongering (specifically towards individuals). As it is now your Circumcision Forum is in gross violation of the advertising contract you have signed. If you decide to address these issues I will not address them with Burst Media directly.

Relevant snippets of Burst Media contractual obligations, of which you are currently violating:

a) Posting or referencing sexually explicit images or other offensive content
b) Explicit/vulgar/obscene language
c) Gratuitous displays of violence or profanity
d) Material that defames, abuses, or threatens physical harm

There are also numerous instances in which certain individuals have been accused of pedophilia, child molestation, mental illness, perversion and sexual deviancy. This behavior is unacceptable via your current advertising provider.

If you wish to facilitate and allow these type of posts on your Circumcision Forum, then I would suggest you change your advertising banner program to something along the lines of hollywoodwhores.com. However, they too do not allow anti-semantic and racist behavior. I would also suggest that you check your hosting contract to see if you are in violation of those terms.

On the back of this e-mail the Powers that be at Fathermag (an anti-circumcision site) stated on their forum that I was banned because this e-mail (of which they did not go into detail) was "threatening" and that I was "Using a pseudonym" to tell them of the violations - when infact I was using my regular e-mail address. I don't quite see a relation between an e-mail informing Fathermag.com website of a violation of their banner advertising program and banning me from posting at their forum - perhaps it has something more to do with not being an anti-circ kook?
