I have a tight foreskin...for the first time in my life i've been able to stretch the foreskin so that you can see most (not all) of the glan head. The thing is, as i discovered this new area, i also discovered this white crust around it that ive been able to remove some of with water. What is this white crust, is it just semen thats hardened inside as i haven't washed the area before or something else harmful?
