Isn't segma the stuff on the foreskin, this crust of white material was on the glans. It was a ring around the glans which I was able to wash some off with. The only way to get the rest off is if I put more pressure with the water, but then again its sensative! :(

>That stuff is called smegma, and it's totally harmless. Just wash it off with plain water. Continue stretching so that the foreskin can retract all the way back off the glans. Good luck.

The thing is, as i discovered this new area, i also discovered this white crust around it that ive been able to remove some of with water. What is this white crust, is it just semen thats hardened inside as i haven't washed the area before or something else harmful?
