I actually had a pretty tight one of these too, you just need to stretch, cutting it, especially yourself, is a un-required pain, sure its a easy way out, but skin is meant to stretch. I stretch mine every time i can (Going to the bathroom, taking showers, or when i just want fool around)Do the same yourself and slowly but surely it will stretch.
