Jose, I've been reading your posts but didn't think I needed to say anything before, because the guys have been giving you such good answers.
A guy I dated last year had very tight phimosis with just a very small opening. In his few attempts at sex with previous partners, he was hardly able to feel anything because his glans was trapped inside his foreskin, and he could never come during intercourse, only by directly stimulating his frenulum when masturbating. Some guys with phimosis can come during sex, and some can't.
For those who can come during sex, they may be quite happy to leave their tight foreskins alone, but a problem can arise if he gets a partner that is tighter than his previous ones. This happened to us when we attempted to have sex, and his very tight foreskin was pushed right back behind his glans, exposing it for the very first time ever. It caused him a lot of pain, but it was a simple matter to just pull the loose foreskin (behind the tight part) forward over the glans, and the tight part was pulled over the glans with it. It isn't going to result in paraphimosis if you fix it when it happens.
I instructed him how to stretch it, and 2 months later, his foreskin was half uncovered on erection, and his frenulum was visible. An attempt at sex had the same result as our first attempt, and he fixed it the same way. I didn't see his progress after that, but he told me the stretching was going very well.
When your foreskin is fully stretched to where it should be, it won't be tight anymore, and will glide back and forth just the way nature intended. Believe me, it's worth it. You'll be amazed at how great it feels.
