Dumb-dumb has already made a website which talks about how stretching fails. His reference to bottles is totally mistaken. What he has stretched is the truth about how certain objects can be used to augment the manual stretching. The two experienced coaches have already had success with such methods, but dumb-dumb doesn't wish to give credit to any success which then shows they he failed at an exercise any child could have mastered.

>ok, i understand.
>I would say there was nothing wrong with you stating your opinion. But even though if you dont know you are, it seems as if you are trying to make your opinion more vaild by saying this like "paul B isnt a doctor"
>Well, maybe he is, maybe he isnt. But what about all the people (including me) who have done stretching and have had it work for them. Im sorry stretching didnt work for you, but the fact is it works for a lot of people, they just need to take thier time.
>Also about sticking things in your forskin to stretch it, i dont think that is a good thing either. But i dont assume thats what people mean by stretching. Stretching can be done in many ways, not just by putting some weird thing in there and hoping for the best.
>You can ask a lot of guys about how they would approach stretching of the foreskin, and only a few would probably even say "put a bottle" or something like that.
>You know if you really want to tell people about how stretching doesnt work for everyone, well go make your own web site and message board.
>I would read it.
