It happens to me all the time. Pretty much normal I guess. When more lubricated, it may be less likely to do that. If you want to retain its original form, either try and pull the skin back again, and try to guide it back front (experiment!), or, pull at the upperside (not the underside, or be more careful there, as you will be more directly pulling the fraenulum, and well, if you pull too hard it hurts...) of the end of the skin. That will pull the original tip out properly (again, experiment!).
