Hi, wondering if you can help me. I have a long foreskin which completely covers the head of my penis when erect. The foreskin pulls back easily when flaccid but wont pull back when fully erect and the head is too sensative to touch. When I have sex, I simply put the condom straight over the top and go for it with the glans always covered. My dilema is this - I can never climax while having sex ! I have to do it by hand. Also, it feels good but I feel that I am losing alot of sensitivity as the head is always covered. And thats probably why I cant come. What should I do ? Any responses greatly appreciated.
