Way to go! Now just remind us, what happens when you pull the foreskin all the way back when not erect?

> There is A LOT of segma which I am trying to wash off

Well, if you can pull the foreskin back when flaccid, you should be able to get at the smegma fairly easily.

> when it is pulled as far down as it can go it will stay. For the past two times I was apprehensive, assuming I had paraphimosis and I tried extra hard to push the foreskin back up which took a lot of force and took a long time.

Are you saying you still had an erection when you were trying to pull it forward again? In any case, it will get easier each time you do it.

> I dont know if its all that segma

Hardly likely . . .

> or that its just never been that far down

Exactly.

> but its extremly hard after, to get the foreskin back up.

I suppose it is. But that's how you get it to work.

> Should I stop pulling down on the foreskin?

Why? You want to get it to come back.

> Is there an easier and more efficent way to get effective results instead of my practise?

Well, if you can get two fingertips inside the tight part and pull outwards, that would be easy and efficient - you could do it more often, no requirement for erection. But to repeat yet again what we are always saying, you get it to pull back by - making it pull back!
