  Ok, thanks.  You should start some stretching exercises with the following methods, shower with warm water helps: pull the tip of the skin away from you, widen it with your fingers, and keep it stretched for some ten seconds, release, repeat.  Also, try stretching it by pulling it back more often, for example when taking a piss.  No additional objects are needed, just the fact that you do these often and well.  Be aware of that it shouldn't be painful, but a mild discomfort feeling is okay.
