First, its hard to get the segma out, the past week when I pulled my foreskin down my penis it was COMPLETELY covered in segma. This is bad because it leads to infections of the penis. Second, since my foreskin is still tight I am at huge risk of paraphimosis, especially when I find myself stretching my foreskin that far down. The only way to treat this is to squeeze the blood out of your glans which I cannot do because they are extremly sensative. I am extremely apprehensive to pull down my foreskin far, at all. Should I be? Can anyone advise me of what I should be doing?
