ANOTHER upset!

You seem to be very impressed by this "smegma", which must have been present for many years, but now that you see it, is somehow causing you psychological trauma!

Would I be correct in suspecting you are now using soap or indeed anything other than plain warm water to wash under your foreskin? If so, the "itchy rash" is a direct result of this foolishness.
