well, if anything, the only thing im doing differently than I ever have in my life is washing underneath my foreskin. The past week if the first week of my life I actually pulled my foreskin as far as it could go and was able to get some water in there. I guess the only reason I could have got this rash on my penis is because of the stretching. Does this sound rational?
