big improvement but still not right

hi all
i can now get my foreskin back when erect, which is brilliant as i couldnt even retract it at all even when flacid in march. however i still dont think it is completely how is should be, and have not seen any real improvement recently like i did in the first few months.
i havent got a girlfriend at the moment so am not having sex, and have not had it since my development. but i still worry
i saw a porn film last week, and i didnt cheer me up. the guy was thrusting fast and hard, which i can not imagine being able to do, as i think it would be too painful. i just want it to be working like this guys was.
before i started stretching i went and booked an apointment with the hopsital,and its only just come through. and i dont no whether to cancel it, as i can now retract it, or still to go. a part of me thinks even though ive seen a huge improvement, it will never be completely normal. which leads me to think an operation would do my confidence a great deal of good, and make me happier in the long run.
im just writing cos i really dont know what to do now, and the apointment is soon.
hope some one offer some advice.
