Thrusting like a porn star is an ambition a lot of people with a functional foreskin or circumised penis' take for granted. I was in a similar position to you until last year and can relate to what you are saying. Stretching didn't work for me, so I had a partical-circ and all is good now. Whatever you decide to do, once you have the problem resolved you'll be able to go at it like a jackhammer.

It most likely will. It certainly has for me. It's incredibly liberating to not have to worry about any ripping or tearing or pain in your foreskin.

I'd suggest that you keep the appointment. Why not? At the very least you can talk over your concerns with a qualified doctor. Ultimately you should be able to go at it like a jackhammer - almost every guy alive can so why not you?
