It sounds very much as if it is normal for you; it doesn't really correspond to any disease, particularly if both do it together.
Are you perhaps masturbating out in the cold? Perhaps try it in a nice warm place, such as in bed? Use a facewasher/ small towel to catch it all and wash it out when convenient.
