I don't want to sound like a broken record, but you really should consider seeing your doctor. It may be embarassing but you will be getting a) an actual examination to accurately determine what the problem is, b) is definitely an ACTUAL doctor, c) a solution to resolve your current situation.
I'm not sure how old you are, but I can guarentee that no actual "doctor" would seek to give you medical advice online and consider it a given. If you are a teenager, tell you parents about your concerns and see what they suggest (I can promise that they will not say "Oh, yeah. Listen to that guy that says he is a doctor.") They would want you to visit your own doctor - who you know is an actual doctor, so that you get the help/advice that you need to make the problem go away.
