Yep, I used to have a tight frenulum (I had surgery to resolve the problem as stretching was unsuccessful), and can appreciate how painful it can be. If you haven't done so already, I'd advise that you checkout the site that hosts this forum. Specifically the section of frenulum breve. There is a lot of objective information there regarding tight frenulums and solutions.
