Sorry about that, the guys here can get a bit paranoid about AJ; he tends to come around like one of those little yappy dogs, biting at the heels of every post! I don't really think there is evidence of him faking posts though.

In your situation, it is obviously rather difficult to find a suitable object. You really need something that is a little wider on the inside than on the part that would go in the narrow part of your foreskin, so it would keep itself in place. It would have a "grommet" or "cotton reel" shape, but be rounder and smoother.

One suggestion is that if you realise what the right shape would be, you could mould it from a common modelling compound such as dental acrylic or thermoplastic (heat-softening) plastic - some suitable materials sold for modelling have been suggested.

The best I can suggest is the cap from a ball-point pen, with a blunt end which will not excessively irritate the glans (penis head) by resting against it. You would have to get it into the narrow part of the foreskin, and some lubricant (not soap!) will help to get it in. Something long like this will then tend to sit inside the foreskin above the penis head rather than just pointing into it, and a bit of lubricant underneath will help it not to irritate, though it would still be uncomfortable when you get an erection.

Maybe this is exactly what you are doing.

The obvious way to keep it in there is to use adhesive tape, generally of the medical, "hypo-allergenic" type (such as 3M "Micropore"), using a piece taped to one side of the foreskin, over the outside part of the object and back onto the other side of the foreskin. You will presumably need to remove the pen cap or whatever to pee (just maybe, if it was hollow and open at both ends as "safety" pen caps now are, you would be able to pee through it). While I suggest using lubricant, you have to avoid getting it on the outside part you want to tape to.

Am I making sense to you?
