Inserting corks and bottle stoppers down your foreskin is stupid and dangerous (unless you like to risk tearing, bruising, and damaging the area/dick). I strongly reccommend that you seriously consider the dangers and susequent consequences in doing what Jim says. Before practising Jim's advice why not consult your doctor (better safe than sorry, right)? Once he realises you are serious and he stops laughing, discuss with him the potential risks of trauma, damage, and infection involved in doing this.
