As an answer to: SERIOUS PROBLEM. phimosis + frenulum breve written by Dude... at 05 Jul 2002 00:40:49:
>1. Phimosis. I can barely retract my foreskin when flacid (opening becomes ca. 1cm wide after stretching), and almost not at all when erect. I feel strong tightness around the phimotic ring. I just started stretching and made minor progress, only to discover problem 2.
Let's stop at this one. First of all, keep stretching, for example by pulling the foreskin away from you, pulling the opening apart. That way you don't have to expose the glans.
As soon as you can pull the skin back more, we can start to talk about the second problem -- your condition doesn't really allow anyone to know properly what is going on inside.>2. Frenulum breve. Now that I began stretching I can pull my foreskin back more than before, but only at the top. I finally can see my "slit" all the way, and at the bottom of it noticed my frenulum. I can not pull the bottom back AT ALL once the very top of the frenulum is exposed. AT-***CKING-ALL.
Skipped for now.
>3. My glans is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY sensitive. Even blowing on it hurts. I followed the board's advice and started "exposing" it more, but even the lightest touch hurts.
As it should be -- it hasn't been exposed, why shouldn't it be sensitive, then? It is not *meant* to be touched, anyway. But if you insist on reaching that, keep stretching and as a result, pulling the skin back more, and as a result, exposing the head. It will eventually become more comfortable.
>4. I live in the USA, where everyone is circumcised and urologists don't seem to know much about my conditions.
Proof of what we have been trying to prove AJ here. Thanks for the feedback.
>I would love to stretch, but my frenulum is so tight and phimosis so severe that I don't know if I have the patience.
Try doing it for another some weeks, and please come back with the results. We'll be waiting for you.
>I'm strongly considering getting circumcised, but am afraid that the sensitivity of my glans will cause PHENOMENAL pain. How long till it'd subside? Painkillers?
Not only that, but you would get a scar line, which would hurt for a while, and also you would throw quite an amount of sensors and nerves away, which... Well, read up. http://www.cirp.org/
>PS - Masturbation is fine, as are blowjobs (sorry for being graphic), as long as the foreskin is up.
PS- kinda similar to my mate's case. He's about your age and has been jacking off strictly with the skin on the head before he met me. Currently he can pull back well, and his acorn isn't so very painful anymore too. This in about a year of not too enthusiastic stretching. If you're more diligent, and your physique is more capable of it, you will see results in quite a lot shorter time.
