GW is totally right. I had my tight frenulum removed and it's now amazing.
You may have read somewhere that the frenulum is the most erotic part of the penis. In truth it's not. Especially for those in your situation - it's painful and hardly resembles anythign erotic at all. Since having the frenulum removed I can appreciate that it is the area where the erotic sensation is and not from the tight/painful bit of skin.
