Ignore the naysayer. Causing damage with a rubber stopper is a very remote possibility unless you are really stupid. I don't think that's the case or you'd be asking us how to get the tight skin cut off, a solution that stupid people usually take.
If you're in the US, Home Depot has them. Devices like this are ROUTINELY used by thousands of guys who are restoring the foreskins they lost because of ignorant parents. I have never heard of anyone experiencing any permanent damage as a result of using any kind of device. Any irritation from overzealous use will clear up quickly by resorting to more conservative use of the devices. If you'd like reassurance, take a look at www.norm.org. BTW, for foreskin restoration, there several devices commerically manufactured and distributed. To date, I know of none which are made expressly for stretching tight foreskins. That's why you need to be a little bit creative. I'd recommend trying the rubber stoppers first because they are availble in several sizes and they are fairly easily cleaned. Any questions?
