The reason I suggested thrush cream is because my friend who had a go at restoring his foreskin, pulled the tape off because he couldn't stand it, and he said it took days for it to heal. Knowing how quickly thrush/candida attacks damaged tissue, I suggested thrush cream if it happens again. He pulled the next tape off too, used Canesten cream on the red, sore area, and it was gone overnight. If zinc and caster oil cream works on it, all the better.
