Circumcision is not the only answer. You could also consider a partial circumcision, dorsal slit or even try stretching (this works for some but not for others). I'd suggest you speak to your doctor and ask him to refer you to a specialist so that you can discuss what the best options are.

If you decided to go down the anti-circ route of shoving "filed bottle tops" etc down the foreskin, I'd strongly advise that you speak to your doctor prior to doing this. That way you can have an actual doctor advising you on the pros and cons of doing this.
