What do you mean by lumpy and tumory-looking? Are you meaning you frenulum? It is hardly lumpy. Look at under your tongue with it pointed at the roof of your mouth. Does that little web look like the thing on your penis? If it does, that is perfectly normal, and it's supposed to be there.
