Most condoms are made for an average male, one with a willy about 15-16 cm (6 in) long. There are specialty condoms and the packets are marked, they're available at the chemists or your local sex shoppe. Best bet, if you are larger or smaller, fatter or thinner, is to read the packets to look for the special feature you may need.
In any case, a condom is supposed to fit snugly, not flop around, yet not fit so tightly that there is a danger it will split. Also, when wearing a condom remember to apply some latex-safe lubricant to the outside to help with penetration and to avoid the possibility of a tear from friction.
